TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to the use of Jokissvape.com and govern your use of the Website. By using Jokissvape.com, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and you agree to and accept all the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Delivery & Returns Policy in full. DELIVERY & RETURNS

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please do not receive or sign for an item that is visibly damaged.

Should any product be received ‘Dead on Arrival’ (DOA), please contact customer service immediately. This is particularly important for disposable items such as clearomisers, cartomisers, and wicks & coils, as they are not covered under warranty due to their disposable nature.

Damaged or faulty item claims will be processed within 5 working days of notification, as will shortfalls in orders. We will refund the Buyer the cost of returning the goods to us through Royal Mail recorded delivery only. We are not responsible for goods lost in the post on their return. Damaged items must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.

All returned goods must be re-packed to the same standard of protection as when they were received. If items are damaged in transit due to poor packaging, they will not be refunded and will be returned to the Buyer.

All returns must be accompanied by a fully completed Returns Authorisation Form, including the Buyer’s Full Name and Address (as shown on the Invoice under ‘INVOICE/DELIVERY ADDRESS’), a daytime telephone number, the Invoice Number, and a brief description of the issue. A Returns Authorisation Form can be obtained by contacting customer service via the email address provided in the “About Us” section.

Missing or Lost Goods

If your order is not received or is deemed lost in transit, or if the shipment is incomplete, you must notify Jokiss Vape within 14 days of placing your order for replacement goods to be sent. Jokiss Vape will investigate lost packages with its courier partner(s). No claims for lost goods can be accepted after this time limit.

REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our website at any time or to remove or edit any materials or content on the website. We also reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party if we withdraw any product from Jokissvape.com, whether or not that product has been sold; remove or edit any materials or descriptions on the website; or refuse to process or unwind any transaction after processing has begun.

LIABILITY

Jokissvape.com has endeavoured to ensure that all descriptions and pictures provided of products are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or authenticity of product descriptions and images provided by manufacturers or wholesalers. PRICE & PAYMENT

The price payable for goods is set out on the website. Although Jokissvape.com endeavours to ensure all prices are accurate, errors may occur, and products may occasionally be mispriced. We are free to make price changes due to supplier increases, the imposition of taxes and duties, or errors when the price is published to you. We will notify you of any changes and give you a grace period to cancel your order.

AVAILABILITY

Jokissvape.com reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to a lack of availability. If the goods are not supplied, you will be entitled to a full refund if you have already paid. However, Jokissvape.com is not liable for any other losses you may incur due to the non-supply of goods.
